PICKUP OF GOODS

Your ordered goods will be produced within 3 weeks of payment. Currently purchased goods can be picked up at the ERGOLAIN branch in Vilnius, Granito St. 3 or in Šiauliai district, Gamibos st. 3, Kužiai. Please collect the goods within 2 weeks from the date of production of the product.
We are sorry, we are temporarily unable to deliver goods to the location of your choice at this time.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, ERGOLAIN quality furniture purchased in the online store is non-refundable. Therefore, please inspect the goods carefully at the time of collection.
If you want to return poor-quality furniture purchased in the online store, please notify us by e-mail. E-mail info@ergolain.lt or call 8 5 2742 772. ERGOLAIN furniture comes with a 24-month warranty. warranty calculated from the date of collection of the product. The buyer must deliver to the place from which they were collected, having previously contacted ERGOLAIN representatives in the above ways. Evaluation of goods for warranty service and warranty service in each individual case will be discussed personally with the buyer. If the products meet the warranty conditions, the product will be replaced with a new product or the buyer will be refunded the money for the purchased product.

NO WARRANTY

  • Defects caused by the fact that the product was assembled without following the instructions in the user manual and is not used for its intended purpose;
    In the event that the recommendations in the owner’s manual have not been followed for damage caused to the castors, toe caps or to the floor, if they have been caused by an incorrect selection of the parts offered (eg using hard castors on hard surfaces); with the correct selection of parts, damage can still be caused by using the chairs on poor quality carpets, tiles, parquet floors, etc. or on dirty surfaces (such as those with sand);
  • For claims due to differences in the shade of the fabric, if the products were made using different product series of the fabric manufacturer, and due to differences in individual products purchased by the Buyer at a later date;
  • For claims due to non-conformance of the shade of goods materials visible on the website. Shade inconsistency may be noticeable due to different monitor settings;
  • Damages caused by exposure to extreme climatic conditions or environmental factors (such as acids, humidity, etc.);
  • Damages resulting from non-compliance with standard specifications at the customer’s request;
    For deformations of polyurethane foam;
    For cold foam polyurethane hardness differences caused by parameter differences that are acceptable according to DIN 53576 / ISO 2439 if they fall within the range of +/- 10%;
  • For wear and tear of wheels and upholstery fabric due to use;
  • For the wear and tear of the felt insoles, which can only be replaced under warranty if the felt insoles fall off;
  • For damage to wooden elements caused by contact with the edges of tables or other furniture; mechanical damage to wooden surfaces is not considered a product defect;
  • For wooden parts used in the composition of the product, if a claim is made due to small differences in individual parts; due to the nature of the raw material, it is impossible to accurately determine the final aesthetic effect, which is determined by the color, shade and grain pattern of the wood,
    For leather upholstery, if a claim is made due to the natural characteristics of the material, such as differences in texture and shade, scars and insect bites; when used (e.g. a seat), the leather becomes shiny and slightly stretched; The guarantor does not accept claims for the properties listed above;
  • Slight color differences in high-pressure laminates based on the PN-EN 438 standard.
